David joined the Fine Law Firm in 2003 and has been handling cases involving personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and police misconduct. Prior to joining the firm, David was a public defender where he tried numerous cases. Since joining the firm he has appeared in state and federal court representing his clients.

      David graduated from Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York with a BA and earned his JD from the University of New Mexico, where he was a dean's list and honor roll recipient. Prior to graduating, David was a member of the Mock Trial Team, which advanced to the national competition for the first time in thirteen years. He is a recipient of the Lewis Powell Award for Excellence in Advocacy.

      David is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico, New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and American Inn of Court.
